On these plateaus formed of sands, pebbles rolled on clay-limestone soils, the terroir of Gallician Franquevaux is one of the most beautiful of the Costières de Nîmes .

The soil, carpeted with rolled limestone pebbles from the old bed of the Rhône, swept by the Mistral and reddened under the Camargue sun, offers inimitable wines with the flavors of the South .

Southeast of Nîmes, along the vineyard road from Vauvert, descending towards the sea via the ponds of the Petite Camargue, lies Mas du Notaire, nestled amidst stunning and unspoiled nature, a perfect setting for this ancient vineyard, now open to the public. Several workshops will be offered so that the wines of Mas du Notaire will hold no more secrets for you!
